Please note that this is a penthouse apartment and is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift.

The interior is distributed over one floor and the living-dining room is equipped with AC and Smart TV. The independent gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably and feel at home. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with shower and a toilet to complete your stay.

Just a five minute drive will take you to La Playa de los Boliches the perfect place to relax on the sand, sunbathe, swim in the warm waters or take part in a variety of water sports such as windsurfing and paddle surfing.
