Traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse, Lage…. Küche gut ausgestattet

Appartement très grand, un tres beau séjour, une terrasse confortable, cuisine séparée, 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Très bien situé en bord de canal, au calme (séjour en avril, nous n'y étions pas en plein mois d'août?), près des commerces et avec vue sur la mer. Très bien équipé avec cuisine toute équipée, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge. Possibilite de se garer facilement devant, il s'agit d'une impasse, et donc peu de circulation. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Alcudia est une station balnéaire très sympa, grande plage de sable clair, commerçants très gentils, commerces ouverts tard le soir. Point de départ idéal pour visiter Mallorca.

Bravo à Homerti pour leur professionnalisme. Après réservation de l'appartement, nous avons reçu des informations régulières et très précises nous indiquant comment rejoindre l'appartement, où trouver les clés, comment fonctionne l'appartement, qui contacter en cas de problème. Sur place, nous avons pu bénéficier d'un départ tardif, Homerti a répondu à notre demande par mail très rapidement.

Es hat uns super gut gefallen! Tolle Lage! Preis/Leistung einfach top! Die Verständigung mit den Vermietern war etwas schwierig, da beide nicht wirklich Englisch sprechen. Alles in allem aber total zu empfehlen! Auch wir würden gerne wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!

Myself and four friends stayed for a week at the beginning of September 2017. The apartment is lovely large and bright. The position of the apartment was fantastic right overlooking the canal. Also two minutes from the beach and shops and restaurants. We loved the large balcony. Very clean and modern throughout and equipped with everything you could need.The host was welcoming and obviously very proud of his apartment.

Would recommend this to everyone. In fact I have. Close to beach and restaurants ( Especially the Nacional and Player on the beach). Excellent amenities, ample bedding and towels. washing machine. Fab bathrooms. Had a 6 and 5 year old with us and it was very safe. Wonderful view of inlet where the kids can play safely. Make sure you have money for the small electric charge at the end of your stay. Pretty close to big supermarkets ( lidl and local). Quiet in the evenings.

Very nice, clean apartment with all things you need to be like at your home. We spent there 11 days with family of 3 adults and 2 small kids (2+6) and did not have any problem at all. You can use fully equipped new kitchen (I recommend to sharpen knives little bit :-), washing machine , dishwasher , dryer, lots of bed linen, towels etc. Just everything you need for longer family holiday that saves a lot of time. We spent a lot of time on the terrace, offering a beautiful and relaxing views of the canal and the sea. The neighborhood is very quiet. The beach is reached through the pedestrian zone with no cars and in 3 min. The beach was beautiful, clean, ideal for children to play in the sand. About first 30 m of sea, there is shallow depth of the warm water, very suitable for children around 2-3 years and more, and after this, you can freely swim in a depth. Immediately next to the beach is very good restaurant, selling also take-away (ice cream, espresso, toasts etc.) Classic smaller shops with basic food and other restaurants are within 100 m from the apartment. Larger supermarkets (Eroski, Lidl) around 800-1000 m. The center of Port Alcudia can be reached by beach promenade in about 2 km, in the evening there is live and there is also plenty of entertainment for children (roundabouts, trampolines ...) I have to say it It was one of the best vacations with our children. I also recommend trips to the nearest peaks, mainly Talaia d`Alcudia, offering stunning views of the countryside. By car you are free to park in front of the apartment building, then we also visited the spectacular caves Cuaves D`Arte (tourists are not very well known, but they are the greatest, without unnecessary overpriced add-ons and tickets and it`s really worth it), then old downtown of Alcudia, Valdemossa, Port de Soller, Port de Sa Calobra, all wonderful. We were really excited about the apartment and its surroundings, perfect for children and due to its short distance and shallow water we did not need even a swimming pool. Extra fee for electricity for 11 days, 3 adults and 2 small children was 26 euros (we did not have to use AC). Only negative things were annoying ants on the floor and some mosquitos at night but it's everywhere with open doors and windows. Owner does not speak english at all but he is very helpful and nice and we always each other somehow understood. :-) I very recommend this accomodation. We really like it there."
