The flat is located on the top floor of the building with a lift, and offers a modern and cosy style, as it has been tastefully decorated. The main space consists of the living room, the dining area and the kitchen, with Smart TV, table for 4 people, ceramic hob and washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. In addition, the 2 extra guests can rest on the sofa bed in the living room. And the bathroom of the flat has a shower. The whole apartment is equipped with ducted air conditioning. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The apartment is located in Fuengirola, just 200 metres from Los Boliches beach, close to the train station, and with all the services for an independent stay within walking distance of the property. The wide beach of fine dark sand features a great summer atmosphere, has all kinds of services, and runs parallel to the beautiful promenade with all kinds of restaurants and entertainment venues. If you wish to practice one of your favourite sports, the golf course of Mijas is only 6 km away from the flat.
