Information about Paraíso
This great apartment located 350 metres away from the beach in Playa de Gandía with shared pool and two tennis courts offers accommodation for 6 people.
The shared exterior area of this cosy apartment is wonderful. It features a great chlorine pool sizing 37 x 30 metres with a water depth that goes from 1 to 2 metres, a children pool of 7 x 6 metres and 0.5 metres depth, an exterior shower where you can wash the salt off after a long day in the beach and two tennis courts where you can spend great moments. In addition, the apartment boasts a beautiful glazed terrace covered with the awning where you can enjoy your meals with the nice views to the mountains.
Inside you find a comfy living - dining room with a TV set and air-conditioning; the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and all you need to cook, as well as washing machine, iron and ironing board; two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub; and three bedrooms all of them with a closet. One of the bedrooms presents a double bed and space for a baby cot. A high chair is also available. The second bedroom has a trundle bed and air-conditioning. And the last bedroom has a doble bed and access to the balcony.
Playa de Gandía is perfect for those who love the good weather, being this always nice throughout the whole year. The beach is very extensive and only 350 metres away from the apartment. It is about 7 km long of white and fine sand, perfect to enjoy a walk when the sun sets. If you also like nature in the mountains we recommend you visit the so called Ullal de l'Estany, one of the springs that nourishes the marsh of Gandía. It comes from the nearby mountains and the fresh water springs from the subsoil.
The pool and tennis courts are open the whole year. The opening hours are from 11 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm ro 8 pm.
Please note that rackets and balls are not provided.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival.

Hemos estado alojados en este apartamento.Todo muy bien,bastante completo la cubertería,te dejan juegos de toallas y de sabanas,la limpieza muy bien.En general el apartamento está muy completo y repetiria.La urbanización muy tranquila,muchas familias con niños,los vecinos muy agradables.Cerca de la playa y de restaurantes y supermercados.La única pega es que solo te dejan un juego de llaves,haría falta otro más que fue un comentario que hice a la agencia valía.Lo recomendaría y si vuelvo a gandía cogería este
We have been staying in this apartment. Everything was very good, the cutlery was quite complete, they left you with sets of towels and sheets, the cleaning was very good. In general the apartment is very complete and I would repeat it. The urbanization is very quiet, many families with children, The neighbors are very nice. Close to the beach and restaurants and supermarkets. The only drawback is that they only give you one set of keys, you would need another one, which was a comment I made to the Vale agency.
