Welcome to this lovely apartment for 6 people, located in front of the beautiful golden sandy beach of Daimuz.
This beautiful and modern apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift. The height will make our guests feel they are sailing over the waves making them enjoy a relaxed and quiet vacation. Because the views from the terrace or from the ceiling-to-floor glass doors of the living are absolutely stunning!

In fact, right when you enter the apartment you will be able to admire the horizon, the waves and the breath-taking landscape. It is a spacious open plan area where we find the living-dining room and the kitchen. The latest offers a lot of work space and storage and is equipped with an induction top, oven and more. Then, you will find the huge sofa where you sure will rest and watch the TV after a delicious meal around the dining table. The washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also here. There is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation and three bedrooms to rest at night, all of them with a closet. One has a bunk bed and a single bed and the other two offer a double bed each -one of them also with an en-suite shower bathroom-. The apartment offers more beds for you to be comfortable. We can provide one baby cot and two high chairs if you need them. Finally, the apartment features ducted air-conditioning.

Daimuz is in the coast a boasts the charming hospitality characteristic of the Mediterranean people. The warm and fine sandy beach is about 3 km long of crystal clear water. In addition, you cannot miss the local gastronomy, also Mediterranean. Because of all this, Daimuz becomes a special place to rest and visit cultural places. Another option is to go to enjoy a different kind of day playing golf in the course of Oliva Nova, about 17 km away.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival.

Me gustó La ubicación, limpieza y reforma del apartamento. Cocina muy completa con todo el menaje necesario (cafetera, tostadora, lavavajillas etc). Dispone de ropa de cama y toallas para 7 personas. Vistas inmejorables en primera línea del mar y tranquilidad (ojo, en semana santa no en verano). Se encuentra en medio de Daimuz playa por lo que suponemos que en verano habrá mucho jaleo, ya que conocemos la zona.

I liked the location, cleanliness and renovation of the apartment. Very complete kitchen with all the necessary utensils (coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, etc.). It has bedding and towels for 7 people. Unbeatable views on the seafront and tranquility (be careful, during Easter not in summer). It is located in the middle of Daimuz beach so we assume that in summer there will be a lot of commotion, since we know the area.

Buen alojamiento en Playa Daimús. Acogedor, con todas las facilidades y con muy buenas opciones de restauración al rededor. La playa en frente una gozada y facilidad de entrar y salir por puerta del patio, con una ducha para retirarse la arena, super práctico. Recomendado para estancias en familia para relajarse por la zona

Me encantó que todo estaba muy nuevo, buena ubicación.Lo que dejó un poco a desear fue la limpieza de cuando llegamos, el suelo lleno de arena bastante sucio y lleno de pelo por todos los lados, tuvimos que limpiar nada más llegar y sacar la aspiradora, es lo único que mejoraría.

I loved that everything was very new, good location. Fully renovated, clean, very well equipped flat. Better than the photos. Amazing view. Right on the beach by the good restaurants. Safe for babies. Would definitely go again. One of the best accommodations i've been to so far. Highly recommended.

Apartamento con buena ubicacion, muy bien reformado y con buena distribucion. Las camas son comodisimas, la cocina totalmente equipada,los baños excelentes. Si hay que poner un pero seria que el aparato del aire acondicionado esta en el balcon y cuando sales fuera a comer o algo te molesta el aire caliente que saca, tambien el edificio es algo antiguo y el ascensor. La puerta de entrada al apartamento le cuesta abrirse y sacar la llave. Por todo lo demas estupendo. Lo recomiendo

Repetiría, creo que lo peor es que el tiempo no nos a acompañado pero lo recomendaría. Buenas zona, pegado a la playa...
