In this beachfront property, you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and mountains from its two terraces. With a capacity for 11 people, this two-story house offers a spacious and cozy environment for a seaside vacation. A built-in barbecue and two loungers allow you to enjoy the outdoors, while a parasol provides shade on sunny days.

Indoors, there are two living rooms, one on each floor, equipped with satellite TV to provide entertainment for the whole family. There are also 2 fully equipped kitchens for cooking and enjoying delicious homemade meals. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for guests' convenience. The house has six bedrooms, including a crib available. On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds and two with single beds, while on the upper floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and another with bunk beds. Three full bathrooms, two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, complete the house's amenities.

The property is located in a quiet urbanization near the sea. Just 20 meters away, you will find a rocky beach, while an extensive sandy beach, over 1 kilometer long, is only 500 meters away. At the end of the urbanization, there are a variety of bars and restaurants to enjoy. Additionally, there is a stand for paddleboard rental, ideal for a fun morning with your companions. Just a 10-minute drive away is Ca'n Picafort, an urbanized area that offers a wide selection of restaurants, supermarkets, and leisure options.
