Welcome to this wonderful house in Oliva with capacity up to 8 people.
In the beautiful exteriors you will find a chlorine 7 x 4 m pool with a depth ranging from 1,2 to 2 meters, small garden equipped with table and chairs, also well equipped porch and a terrace overlooking the pool on the 1st floor with table and chairs.

This house with an area of 160 m2 is distributed over 2 floors. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor with double bed, and 2 on the 1st floor with double bed and air conditioning. There is availability for one crib and one highchair. There are 2 bathrooms with showers, one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor.

In the cozy liing room you can find a sofa, 2 armchairs, table, TV, Air conditioning and a fireplace; the dining room is equipped with table and chairs, and the independent kitchen with vitro has all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also washing machine, iron and ironing board.

In Oliva you can practice water sports such as sky-surfing or just go swimm and bask in the sun in its quiet sandy beaches.
You can also visit the traditional Thursday´s market, its beautiful old town of medieval period, the Moorish quarter of the suburb or its traditional festivals.

The accommodation is situated only 2 minutes from the equestrian center Oliva Nova, where you can take private lessons in horse riding or enjoy some state championship. The golf course, or the natural park Montgó and the salt source with beneficial properties for the skin are also very close.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Alojamiento muy bien muy ubicado y que incluye todas las facilidades. Alguna mejoría posible a la hora de la limpieza. La comunicación con el dueño ha sido perfecta y rápida en todo momento. La luz saltaba y te quedabas sin ella de manera sencilla, aun que esto no supone un gran problema.

Very well located accommodation that includes all the facilities. Some possible improvement when it comes to cleaning. Communication with the owner has been perfect and fast at all times. The light would jump and you would run out of it easily, although this is not a big problem.

La casa está muy bien ubicada pero le faltan un montón de cosas. El menaje, vasos, tenedores, están prácticamente contados, sartenes muy pequeñas y bastante viejas. La ducha del baño de arriba es inutilizable, empapas el baño entero. El microondas y friegaplatos dan corriente, así lo hicimos saber. Una mano de pintura a la valla de la piscina y la pared de la ducha exterior no vendría mal, una buena sombrilla, y el cesped está quemado. La casa como cercanía al mar perfecta, pero la vivienda muy mejorable.

The house is very well located but it is missing a lot of things. The utensils, glasses, forks, are practically numbered, very small and quite old pans. The shower in the upstairs bathroom is unusable, you soak the entire bathroom. The microwave and dishwasher have power, so we made it known. A coat of paint on the pool fence and the outside shower wall wouldn't hurt, a good umbrella, and the grass is burnt. The house as close to the sea is perfect, but the home could very well be improved.

Maison très fonctionnelle dans un quartier calme et joli à quelques minutes en voiture des commerces. La maison est bien équipée et agréable. La plage est à 50 m à pied , magnifique avec du beau sable blanc . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Le propriétaire qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique , rapide et disponible. Nous avons loué avec 4 enfants et deux adultes et elle est parfaite pour une famille . Nous recommandons !!!! La région est magnifique entre montagne, culture et plage . Les commerçants super sympa . Et les espagnols sont cools

Very functional house in a quiet and pretty area a few minutes drive from shops. The house is well equipped and pleasant. The beach is 50 m away on foot, magnificent with beautiful white sand. We had a very good stay. The owner who welcomed us was very friendly, fast and available. We rented with 4 children and two adults and it is perfect for a family. We recommend!!!! The region is magnificent between mountains, culture and beach. The shopkeepers are super friendly. And the Spanish are cool

La casa nos ha encantado a unos minutos de la playa grande muy cómoda un lujo tener la piscina.los niños y nosotros hemos disfrutado mucho.el único "pero" los vecinos q increparon a los niños para q no hicieran ruido cosa muy fea ya q son menores y sus hijas los insultaban.creo q no les gustan los inquilinos.

We loved the house, a few minutes from the large beach, very comfortable, a luxury to have the pool. The children and we have enjoyed it a lot. The only "but" was the neighbors who scolded the children so that they would not make noise, which was very ugly since They are minors and their daughters insulted them. I think they don't like the tenants.

Le doy 5 estrellas aunque con algún pero.,.pues para una casa grande en la que puede albergar dos familias...el!frigorífico se queda bastante pequeño. He de decir que esta casa es ideal para unas vacaciones familiares que buscan tranquilidad y comodidad....es una gozada tener la playa tan cerca....el paisaje que rodea es espectacular... A nosotros nos ha encantado y los dueños muy majos

I give it 5 stars although with some buts...well, for a large house that can house two families...the refrigerator is quite small. I have to say that this house is ideal for a family vacation looking for tranquility and comfort...it is a joy to have the beach so close...the surrounding landscape is spectacular... We loved it and the owners loved it. very nice
