The property is by the roadway, located on the outskirts of Alhaurín el Grande, a town with a privileged location in the province of Malaga. The capital, a city full of history, art and culture, is only 30 minutes away by car. The Sierra de Mijas is nearby and has numerous hiking trails, such as the climb to the Mijas peak or the Arroyo de la Virgen route. You can also visit the Sierra de las Nieves nature reserve, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. Let's not forget the sea, as Fuengirola beach is about 20 minutes away by car. You can also explore other nearby beaches such as La Cala de Mijas, Calahonda or Marbella.
